Estudio de viabilidad en la construcción y puesta en funcionamiento de la fábrica de helado en la empresa agropecuaria ¨Antonio Maceo¨

Abstract

Dentro de las mayores necesidades del territorio seencuentra en la actualidad, la producción de alimentos para el consumo de la población, la creación de nuevas formas de empleo y la diversificación económica tras el cierre de la industria. Mediante el presente proyecto se pretende dar respuesta de manera coordinada a estas problemáticas mediante la utilización de los recursos locales y el empleo de tecnologías apropiadas. Por lo anterior se pretendecon este proyecto apoyar la creación de una planta de hielo y helados en “Maceo” que satisfaga las necesidades locales de este producto tan demandado por niños y adultos, mejorando así la alimentación en variedad y calidad. La presente investigación fue desarrollada en la Empresa Agropecuaria ¨Antonio Maceo¨ del municipio Cacocum, perteneciente al Ministerio de la Agricultura. El objetivo de la misma estuvo centrado en la realización de unestudio de factibilidad a una inversión de construcción y creación de una planta de helados, planteada por HEGOA (País Vasco) y que sería asumida por con recursos yfinanciamiento puestos por esta institución. Para ello se utilizó una metodología adaptada al efecto, y que incluye un análisis cualitativo de algunos factores que pudieran influir en la magnitud de la inversión. Para el logro del objetivo propuesto se requirieronde varios métodos, entre los cuales se encuentran: el histórico – lógico, analítico – sintético, empírico, estadístico, matriz DAFO, método Delphi, etc. Como resultado del estudio se determinó que la inversión puede llevarse a cabo, y que la misma generará un rendimiento superior a la inversión inicial. The present investigation was developed in the Agricultural Company ¨Antonio Maceo¨ of the municipality Cacocum, belonging to the Ministry of the Agriculture. The objective of the same one was centered in the realization from a study of feasibility to a construction investment and creation of a plant of ice creams, outlined by HEGOA (Basque Country) and that it would be assumed for with resources and financing put by this institution. For it was used it a methodology adapted to the effect, and that it includes a qualitative analysis of some factors that could influence in the magnitude of the investment. For the achievement of the proposed objective they were required of several methods, among which are: the historical one - logical, analytic - synthetic, empiric, statistical, main DAFO, method Delphi, etc. As a result of the study it was determined that theinvestment can be carried out, and that the same one will generate a superior yield tothe initial investment.
