Determinación de los Indicadores Tecnológicos Explotativos del conjunto formado por el Tractor New Holland 8030 y la Grada Genovese en la labor de mullido.

Abstract

Este trabajo fue realizado en áreas de la Empresa Agropecuaria “Antonio Maceo” la cual se encuentra ubicada en poblado de igual nombre perteneciente al municipio Cacocum, provincia Holguín. La investigación se llevó a cabo en el mes de Marzo de 2012 y se utilizó el método analítico investigativo mediante la técnica del foto cronometraje donde se realizaron diez observaciones a la jornada laboral utilizando como conjunto el agregado formado por el tractor New Holland 8030 y la grada Genovese. Los cálculos realizados se desarrollaron con el objetivo de determinar los indicadores tecnológicos explotativos del conjunto ya que esta tecnología es de nuevo tipo en la Empresa. En el mismo se calcularon algunos indicadores como: el coef. de aprovechamiento del tiempo de turno fue de (0.71), coef. de aprovechamiento de la velocidad (0.90). El comportamiento del coef. de aprovechamiento del tiempo de turno fue de forma positiva al encontrarse dentro del rango permisible que es de (0.70 a 0.95). El Coef de aprovechamiento de la velocidad se comporto positivamente por encima de su valor que es de 0.82. Los coeficientes de pases de trabajo, de servicio tecnológico, de seguridad tecnológico y de seguridad técnica se comportaron positivament e mientras que los coeficientes de mantenimiento técnico, de utilización del tiempo productivo y de utilización del tiempo explotativo no se comportaron de acuerdo con lo previsto. Las productividades por hora de tiempo de turno sin fallos, de tiempo limpio y de tiempo operativo se comportaron positivamente mientras que las productividades por hora de tiempo de explotación y productivo se vieron afectadas por los coeficientes de mantenimiento técnico, del tiempo productivo y del tiempo explotativo. This work was carried out in areas of the Agricultural Company Antonio Maceo which is located in equal town it names belonging to the municipality Cacocum, county Holguín. The investigation was carried out in the month of March of 2012 and the investigative analytic method was used by means of the technique of the picture timing where they were carried out ten observations to the labor day using as group the attaché formed by the tractor New Holland 8030 and the tier Genovese. The carried out calculations were developed with the objective of determining the indicators technological explotativos of the group since this technology it is again type in the Company. In the same one some indicators were calculated as: the coef. of use of the time of shift it was of (0.71), coef. of use of the speed (0.90). The behavior of the coef. of use of the time of shift he/she went from a positive way when being inside the permissible range that is of (0.70 at 0.95). The Coef of use of the speed you behaves positively above their value that is of 0.82. The coefficients of work passes, of technological service, of technological security and of technical security they behaved positively while the coefficients of technical maintenance, of use of the productive time and of use of the time explotativo didn't behave of agreement with that foreseen. The productivities for hour of time of shift without shortcomings, of clean time and of operative time they behaved positively while the productivities for hour of time of exploitation and productive they were affected by the coefficients of the time explotativo
