Plan de acciones para mejorar la alimentación bovina en la producción de leche en la UEB Granja Pecuaria. Municipio Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó en la UEB Granja Pecuaria Holguín . En esta Unidad se evaluó la situación de la Alimentación del ganado bovino y su influencia en la producción de leche. Después de haber realizado un análisis profundo de la situación en la producción de leche se pudo observar que existe un insuficiente manejo de la masa, desbalance nutritivo así como el incumplimiento de la carga animal que es un factor decisivo en la producción ganadera. Todas estas deficiencias se agudizan en la época de seca donde el rendimiento de los pastos y los forrajes es menor; por lo que se sugiere una redistribución del área actual, efectuándose la siembra de pastos de mayor rendimiento, gramíneas y leguminosas, dando su aporte nutritivo y a la vez sombra para el ganado. Con todos estos componentes nutritivos proponemos una dieta balanceada la cual será capaz de suplir las necesidades en la alimentación de los animales dando lugar a un incremento de la producción de leche, ganancia media diaria y elevar la eficiencia económica de esta Unidad. En la valoración económica se pudo apreciar que no se logra el propósito de obtener una producción lechera que satisfaga las necesidades del territorio. Las pérdidas económicas que se producen debido al desconocimiento y al manejo inadecuado pueden erradicarse siguiendo detalladamente las recomendaciones realizadas. The present works carried out to him in the farm UEB cattle Holguín. In this unit it evaluates the situation of the feeding of the bovine cattle and their influence in the production of luck. After having carried out a deep analysis of the situation in the production of luck we can observe that it exists an insufficient handling of the nutritious mass, not rocking as well as the nonfulfillment of the animal load that it is a decisive factor in the cattle production. All these deficiencies are sharpened in the time of drought where the performance of the pastures and the forages are smaller; for which is suggested a redistribution of the current area, carrying out the sowing ordinary of performance major, gramineous and leguminous, giving their nutritious contribution and at the same time shades for the cattle. With all these nutritious components we propose a balanced diet the who will be capable of supply the necessities in the feeding of the animals making room for an increment of the production of milk, gain intercedes daily and raise the economic efficiency of this unit. In the economic valuation we can appreciate that is not achieved the aim of obtaining a milky production that satisfies the necessities of the territory and to those who obtains to him you are not given the attention required and this has with oneself bad quality of the product. The economic losses that produce to him due to the ignorance and to the inadequate handling it can be eradicated following in detail the carried out recommendations.
