Diseño de una herramienta informática para el control estadístico de las producciones agropecuarias en la empresa agropecuaria "Antonio Maceo"

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó en la empresa agropecuaria “Antonio Maceo”, con el objetivo de elaborar una herramienta para el control estadístico de las producciones agropecuarias, desarrollar las informaciones solicitadas por los organismos superiores de forma ágil y eficaz. La herramienta AGROPEC persigue contribuir al mejoramiento, agilización y reducción del tiempo en el procesamiento de las informaciones, para poder establecer la efectividad del trabajo. Su importancia radica en que es un sistema informático que le permite a las unidades productivas y el puesto de dirección de la empresa llevar un control de las estadísticas productivas y la lluvia, brindando una serie de tablas de salida que corresponden con los informes solicitados. Podrá ser usado por la dirección empleándose como una estrategia de la Informática. Para el desarrollo del sistema se emplearon algunas de las herramientas de la ingeniería del herramienta, se tuvo en cuenta los requisitos de especificación que se solicitaron por parte del puesto de dirección de la empresa agropecuaria “Antonio Maceo”, se utilizó como plataforma el sistema operativo Windows, como herramienta de programación Microsoft Office Access 2007, ya que contaba con los componentes necesarios para implementar el herramienta. Se realizó una entrevista y se revisó la literatura especializada en el tema y se estructuró el trabajo por capítulos permitiendo la comprensión del mismo, contando con conclusiones y recomendaciones. The present work was carried out in the agricultural company “Antonio Maceo", with the bjective of elaborating tool for the statistical control of the agricultural productions, to develop the informations requested by the superior organisms in an agile and effective way. The tool AGROPEC pursues to contribute to the improvement, activation and reduction of the time in the prosecution of the information, to be able to establish the effectiveness of the work. Their importance resides in that is a computer system that allows to the productive units and the position of address of the Company to take a control of the productive statistics and the rain, a series of exit charts that correspond with the requested reports toasting. It will be able to be used by the address using you like the Computer science strategy. For the development of the system some of the tools of the engineering of the tool were used, one kept in mind the specification requirements that were requested on the part of the position of address of the agricultural company “Antonio Maceo", it was used as platform the operating system Windows, as programming tool Microsoft Office Access 2007, since it had the necessary components to implement the tool. t was carried out an interview and the literature was revised specialized in the topic and the work was structured by chapters allowing the understanding of the same one, having conclusions and recommendations.
