Abstract

El siguiente trabajo titulado Análisis de las causas que provocan las pérdidas de azúcar en el proceso industrial de la UEB Fábrica Cristino Naranjo, perteneciente a la Empresa Azucarera de Holguín, AZCUBA, se realizó en la UEB Fábrica de Azúcar Cristino Naranjo, perteneciente a la Empresa Azucarera Holguín, AZCUBA con el objetivo de realizar un estudio para identificar las causas que impiden disminuir las pérdidas de azúcar y así alcanzar los niveles óptimos de la eficiencia del proceso de producción Para cumplir con el objetivo del trabajo se utilizó como enfoque de mejora el Método General de Solución de Problemas, el cual se desarrolló hasta el cuarto paso. Como herramientas fundamentales se utilizaron: la tormenta de ideas, encuestas, revisión de documentos. Además se tomaron datos obtenidos de la aplicación de un programa Industrial Plus y se realizó el tratamiento estadístico a través del software STADISTCF, teniendo en cuenta el análisis no paramétrico. Por las conclusiones obtenidas adquiere una gran importancia pues en manos de la dirección constituye una dirección a seguir en la toma de decisiones, pues se dirige a los puntos vulnerables del proceso industrial en que se incide en pérdidas por diferentes conceptos. The following work, titled Analysis of the causes of the losses of sugar in the industrial process of the UEB Factory Cristino Naranjo, was carried out in the Factory of Sugar Cristino Naranjo, belonging to the Sugar Company Holguín, AZCUBA with the objective of carrying out a study to identify the causes that prevent to diminish the losses of sugar and this way to reach the good levels of the efficiency of the production process To fulfill the objective of the work it was used like focus of improvement the General Method of Solution of Problems, which was developed until the fourth step. As fundamental tools were used: the brainstorming, surveys, and revision of documents. They also took obtained data of the application of software Industrial Plus and it was carried out the statistical treatment through the software STADISTCF, considering also non parametrical analysis. The obtained conclusions acquires a great since importance in hands of the address it constitutes an address to continue in the taking of decisions, because it goes to the vulnerable points of the industrial process in that it is impacted in losses by different concepts.
