Diagnóstico para determinar los factores que influyen en la baja calidad de la leche en la Granja Rudiberto Cuadrado de la Empresa Agropecuaria “Antonio Maceo”, municipio Cacocum.

Abstract

La investigación fue realizada en la Granja Rudiberto Cuadrado perteneciente a la Empresa Antonio Maceo del municipio Cacocum. Se tuvo como objetivo realizar un estudio para diagnosticar los factores que influyen en la baja calidad de la leche teniendo en cuenta los diferentes procesos que inciden como en (recogida, Transporte, Depósito, tipo de raza del ganado y otros). Este trabajo proporciona mediante la propuesta del método de Juran mejorar de forma sistemática la calidad del producto siendo fundamental, no solo por los beneficios económicos que puede generar a largo o corto plazo, sino también por su impacto positivo en la calidad de vida de la sociedad. El marco teórico – práctico así como las técnicas aplicadas; encuestas, evaluación del nivel de servicio e indicadores de transporte se valora por el autor algunos enfoques orientados a mejorar la calidad de productos (leche). A partir de este análisis, se aplica la metodología de Juran.A tono con lo referenciado, la investigación constituye un el punto de partida en esa dirección y resume los resultados alcanzados al abordar el tema de cómo mejorar la calidad del acopio y distribución de la leche de forma tal, que se logre incrementar el nivel de satisfacción de los clientes. The investigation was carried out in the Farm Rudiberto Cuadrado belonging to the Company Antonio Maceo of the municipality Cacocum. One had as objective to carry out a study to diagnose the factors that influence in the drop quality of the milk keeping in mind the different processes that impact like in (collection, Transport, Deposit, type of race of the livestock and other).
