Proyección tecnológica del almacén de la microbrigada social y servicio a la vivienda (MSSV) del municipio Cacocum

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó en la Microbrigada Social y Servicio a la Vivienda (MSSV) de Cacocum perteneciente al Instituto Nacional de la Vivienda, con el objetivo de Implementar Metodologías Relacionadas con los Sistemas de Almacenamiento. Como resultados fundamentales de esta investigación se encontraron violaciones en los principios de almacenamiento, principalmente en la ubicación adecuada de los productos en el almacén, velar por la protección e higiene del trabajo y cargas por encima de la altura útil del almacén. Se determinaron además las causas que provocaban estas situaciones en la que se destacan una deficiente gestión de inventarios e inadecuada tecnología de almacenamiento para las que se proponen soluciones. Se emplearon métodos teóricos como el analítico sintético, comparativo e inductivo – deductivo y métodos empíricos como la observación directa, entrevistas, revisión de documentos, entre otros. The present work was carried out in the Social Microbrigada and Service to the Housing (MSSV) of Cacocum belonging to the National Institute of the Housing, with the objective of Implementing Methodologies Related with the Systems of Storage. As fundamental results of this investigation they were violations in the storage principles, mainly in the appropriate location of the products in the warehouse, to look after the protection and hygiene of the work and loads above the useful height of the warehouse. They were also determined the causes that caused these situations in which you/they stand out a faulty administration of inventories and inadequate storage technology for those that intend solutions. Theoretical methods were used as the analytic one synthetic, comparative and inductive - deductive and empiric methods as the direct observation, you interview, revision of documents, among others.
