Proyección estratégica en la U.B.P.C “José Garcerán Valls” de la Empresa Agropecuaria “Antonio Maceo Grajales” en el marco de la reconversión agroindustrial

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó en la Unidad Básica de Producción Cooperativa “José Garcerán Valls” de la Empresa Agropecuaria “Antonio Maceo Grajales”. Esta Unidad ha presentado problemas con su rentabilidad. Por esta razón se decide realizar este trabajo, con el objetivo de elaborar la planeación estratégica de la U.B.P.C “José Garcerán Valls” de 2012-2015, para contribuir al incremento de los resultados en el proceso productivo, con eficiencia y competitividad en el mercado nacional. El tema es de gran importancia para el desarrollo actual de la misma y favorecerá el ámbito económico y social del país, este se enmarcó en la reconversión agroindustrial del territorio. Se partió del modelo de dirección estratégica integrada en el contexto económico cubano, abordándose los aspectos necesarios y el diagnóstico de los indicadores de desempeño de la unidad. Los métodos utilizados en este trabajo fueron: Los teóricos: análisis – síntesis, hipotético- deductivo, histórico- lógico y entre los empíricos: la observación, encuestas, entrevista, la tormenta de ideas. Entre los principales resultados alcanzados se señalan adopción de un modelo para la aplicación de la dirección estratégica y los resultados de las etapas para la implementación a alcanzar en cada caso. El desarrollo de sus etapas y elementos integrantes permitió llegar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones de esta investigación. The present work was carried out in the Basic Unit of Cooperative Production José Garcerán Valls of the Agricultural Company Antonio Maceo Grajales". This Unit has presented problems with its profitability. For this reason he/she decides to carry out this work, with the objective of elaborating the strategic planning of the U.B.P.C José Garcerán Valls 2012-2015, to contribute to the increment of the results in the productive process, with efficiency and competitiveness in the national market. The topic is of great importance for the current development of the same one and it will favour the economic and social environment of the country, this it was framed in the agroindustrial reconversion of the territory. He/she left of the pattern of strategic address integrated in the Cuban economic context, being approached the necessary aspects and the diagnosis of the indicators of acting of the unit. The methods used in this work were: The theoretical ones: analysis - synthesis, hypothetical - deductive, historical - logical and among the empiric ones: the observation, surveys, he/she interviews, the storm of ideas. Among the main reached results they are pointed out adoption of a model for the application of the strategic address and the results of the stages for the implementation to reach in each case. The development of their stages and integral elements allowed to arrive to the conclusions and recommendations of this investigation.
