Aplicación de un procedimiento para el diseño del Sistema Integrado de Gestión de la Empresa de Servicios Ingenieros DIP Trasvases.

Abstract

Esta investigación propone un procedimiento para el diseño e implementación del sistema integrado de gestión (SIG) de la calidad, gestión ambiental y gestión del capital humano que consta de cinco fases y diez pasos y fue aplicado de forma parcial en la ESI DIP TRASVASES. Esta investigación estará estructurada de la siguiente forma, se caracterizará la entidad objeto de estudio, a partir de un diagnóstico, el cual permitirá constatar las principales deficiencias. Se identificarán los procesos para los cuales se propone la confección de sus respectivas fichas de proceso, así como la elaboración de los documentos necesarios. Al mismo tiempo se expondrán un conjunto de indicadores para cada proceso identificado que facilita el autocontrol y la retroalimentación. Todo lo anterior posibilitará diseñar en la ESI DIP TRASVASES un sistema integrado de gestión que integrará la calidad, la gestión ambiental y la gestión del capital humano.Se utilizaron diferentes métodos teóricos de la investigación científica como el histórico-lógico, análisis y síntesis, inducción – deducción, modelación. Además algunos métodos empíricos tales como entrevistas, observación directa e indirecta, revisión de documentos y lista de chequeo. This investigation proposes a procedure for the design and implementation of the integrated system of administration (SIG) of the quality, environmental administration and administration of the human capital that it consists of five phases and ten steps and it was applied in a partial way in the ESI DIP TRASVASES. This investigation will be structured in the following way, the entity study object will be characterize, starting from a diagnosis, which will allow to verify the main deficiencies. The processes will be identified for which intends the making of their respective process records, as well as the elaboration of the necessary documents. At the same time they will be exposed a group of indicators for each identified process that facilitates the auto control and the feedback. All the above-mentioned will facilitate to design in the ESI DIP TRASVASES an integrated system of administration that will integrate the quality, the environmental administration and the administration of the human capital. Different theoretical methods of the scientific investigation were used as the historical-logical one, analysis and synthesis, induction - deduction, modulation. Also some such empiric methods as interviews, direct and indirect observation, revision of documents and it lists of checkup.
