Sistema de gestión ambiental para la Cuenca hidrográfica del Rio Mayarí.

Abstract

La presente investigación aborda la Gestión Ambiental en la Cuenca Hidro gráfica del Río Mayarí, ubicado entre las Sierra Nipe y Cristal, con desembocadura en la bahía de Nipe, en la zona nororiental de Cuba. En la actualidad esta temática es de gran importancia para el accionar eficiente de los actores sociales sobre el manejo de los recursos naturales de que se disponen en este importante ecosistema. Esto adquiere especial valor en esta cuenca, por su gran biodiversidad y porque en ella en el momento que se desarrolla la investigación se construye la presa de Melones que será la encargada de suministrar de agua mediante el trasvase Este – Oeste a parte de la provincia Holguín, Las Tunas y Camaguey. En esta investigación se atendió el problema ¿Cómo favorecer la Gestión Ambiental en los principales actores sociales que interactúan en la Cuenca Hidrográfica del Río Mayarí? El objetivo propuesto es, Elaborar un sistema de Gestión Ambiental que conlleve al uso racional, conservación y protección del Medio Ambiente en el área de la Cuenca Hidrográfica del Río Mayarí. El principal resultado obtenido fue la elaboración de un sistema de Gestión Ambiental dirigido a los principales actores sociales que establece el diseño e implementación de un grupo de subprogramas que son los instrumentos para catalizar y reorientar los cambios q ue deben contribuir a la creación de nuevos patrones de comportamiento que conlleven a un desarrollo sostenible del Medio Ambiente en el área de la Cuenca Hidrográfica del Río Mayarí. The present investigation approaches the Environmental Administration in the Cuenca Hidrográfica of the River Mayarí, located among the Sierra Nipe and Glass, with outlet in the bay of Nipe, in the northeastern area of Cuba. At the present time this thematic one is of great importance for working efficient of the social actors on the handling of the natural resources that they prepare in this important ecosystem. This acquires special value in this basin, for their great biodiversity and because in her in the moment that the investigation is developed the prey of Melons is built that will be the one in charge of giving of water by means of the trasvase This -West to part of the county Holguín, The Tunas and Camaguey. In this investigation the problem was assisted How to favor the Environmental Administration in the main social actors that interactúan in the Cuenca Hidrográfica of the River Mayarí? The proposed objective is, to Elaborate a system of Environmental Administration that bears to the rational use, conservation and protection of the environment in the area of the Cuenca Hidrográfica of the River Mayarí. The main obtained result was the elaboration of a system of Environmental Administration directed to the main social actors that the design and implementation of a group of routines that are the instruments for catalizar settles down and to reorient the changes that should contribute to the creation of new behavior patterns that you/they bear to a sustainable development of the environment in the area of the Cuenca Hidrográfica of the River Mayarí.
