Procedimiento para la gestión de eventos internacionales en la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

La investigación surge a partir de la necesidad de resolverla problemática que presenta la institución en cuanto a la insuficiente gestión de los eventos internacionales. Situación que limita la organización de estos eventos y justifica el objetivo de la investigación, dirigida al diseño de un procedimiento para la gestión de los eventos internacionales en la Universidad de Holguín, que beneficie el desarrollo de los eventos internacionales por la universidad y facilite el trabajo de sus organizadores. El trabajo se estructura en dos capítulos. Se parte de un estudio teórico práctico referencial relacionado con aspectos esenciales de la gestión comercial, la gestión de eventos, la valoración de los procedimientos y metodologías en este campo, así como el análisis del marco legal para la gestión de los mismos en el Ministerio de Educación Superior, que permitieron diseñar un procedimiento para la Gestión de Eventos Internacionales en la Universidad de Holguín. Los análisis desarrollados constituyen el fundamento investigativo y la pertinencia de la investigación, la que ofrece un instrumento de trabajo de cuya implementación se derivará el perfeccionamiento en el sistema de toma de decisiones y fundamentalmente, servirá de base para lograr una mayor precisión de las acciones que deberán emprenderse para garantizar el sostenible desarrollo de los eventos internacionales por la Universidad de Holguín. A partir de las conclusiones finales del trabajo, se generan recomendaciones que permitirán darle continuidad a la investigación. En tanto, los anexos respaldan los análisis realizados.

The research arises from the need to solve the problem presented by the institution regarding the insufficient management of international events. Situation that limits the organization of these events and justifies the objective of the research, aimed at the design of a procedure for the management of international events at the University of Holguín, which benefits the development of international events by the university and facilitates the work of its organizers. The work is structured in two chapters. It starts from a referential practical theoretical study related to essential aspects of commercial management, event management, the assessment of procedures and methodologies in this field, as well as the analysis of the legal framework for their management in the Ministry of Higher Education, which allowed designing a procedure for the Management of International Events at the University of Holguin. The analyzes developed constitute the investigative foundation and relevance of the research, which offers a working instrument whose implementation will result in the improvement of the decision-making system and, fundamentally, will serve as the basis for achieving greater precision of the actions that should be undertaken to ensure the sustainable development of international events by the University of Holguin. From the final conclusions of the work, recommendations are generated that will allow continuity to the investigation. Meanwhile, the annexes support the analyzes performed.
