Análisis económico financiero para la toma de decisiones en la “Unidad Administrativa de Comercio del MININT”
Abstract
El presente Trabajo de Diploma fue realizado en la Empresa de servicios “UAC
del MININT” ubicada en Carretera Central vía Habana Ciudad Jardín., la misma
tiene como función garantizar al cuerpo de Oficiales y sus familiares y otras
categorías de personal con derecho, las actividades de alojamiento, recreación,
gastronomía, venta de medios para el mejoramiento de las condiciones de
vida, la comercialización de productos industriales y la prestación de servicios
sobre la base de la política establecida por el Ministerio del Interior.
La investigación se desarrolló en dos capítulos: en el primero se hace un
estudio de la teoría del análisis económico financiero y en el segundo se
aplican los métodos, técnicas y procedimientos analizados en el capítulo
anterior a esta Empresa.
Los métodos empleados en la investigación fueron empíricos (observación),
teóricos de procedimientos (análisis y síntesis), inducción deducción,
abstracción y concreción, teóricos lógicos (hipotéticos deductivo), sistémico
e histórico lógico y la técnica de jueces. The present Work was carried out in the Company of services "UAC of the
MININT" located in Central Highway Havana City Garden, the same one has as
function to guarantee to the body of Official and its relatives and other categories of personal with right, the lodging activities, recreation, gastronomy, sale of means for the improvement of the conditions of life, the commercialization of industrial products and the benefit of services on the politics's base settled down by the Ministry of the Interior.
This investigation has two chapters: in the first one a study of the theory of the
financial economic analysis is made and in the second the methods are applied, technical and procedures analyzed in the chapter previous to this Company. The methods used in the investigation were empiric (observation), theoretical of procedures (analysis and synthesis), induction deduction, abstraction and concretion, theoretical logical (hypothetical deductive), systemic and historical logical and the technique of judges.
