Orientación profesional para el tratamiento a escolares con manifestaciones de agresividad

Abstract

Uno de los mayores retos que tiene la educación en la actualidad constituye la atención a la diversidad como meta imprescindible para lograr una educación de calidad para todos sin excepción. Se realizó una alternativa de orientación profesional dirigida a la preparación de los maestros para la correcta atención a estos escolares. Se emplearon métodos empíricos como la observación, la encuesta, la entrevista, el estudio de documentos, criterio de expertos y métodos teóricos como análisis–síntesis, inducción-deducción, histórico-lógico y la modelación. Mediante la aplicación de la alternativa se lograron evidencias positivas en el desempeño de los docentes influyendo de manera favorable en el tratamiento a estos escolares.

One of the bigger challenges that has the decency as of the present moment constitutes the attention to the diversity like essential goal to achieve an education of quality crush everybody without exception. An alternative of professional orientation was made directed to the preparation of the teachers for the correct attention to these students. Empirical methods were used such as observation, survey, interview, document study, expert criteria and theoretical methods such as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, historical-logical and modeling. With the application of the alternative positive evidence was obtained in the performance of the teachers, influencing favorably in the treatment of these students.
