Gestión de la labor educativa en el centro mixto

Abstract

El artículo brinda elementos conceptuales y metodológicos de la gestión de la labor educativa en el centro mixto de educación en Cuba, desde la perspectiva de la necesidad de su integración en este tipo de centro, a partir del análisis de resultados investigativos de diferentes autores, apoyado en métodos investigativos principalmente el histórico lógico, análisis síntesis y la revisión de documentos, entre ellos, resoluciones, programas que rigen la política educacional del país que revelaron las principales directrices y componentes a considerar en la integración de la labor educativa y las especificidades de esta actividades en las educaciones presente en el centro mixto de educación.

The article offers conceptual and methodological elements on the management of the educative in the mixed center of education in Cuba, departing from the perspective and the need of integration of the esteems in this kind of center, based on the theoretical and practical analysis as a result of investigations carried out by different authors. Different scientific methods were used, principally the historic logic, analysis synthesis and the documents analysis among others, obtaining information from them. Also, syllabuses that rule the policy of education of the country were consulted. Those documents reveal the central guide lines to take into account when dealing with integration and educative labor and its specificities of the different educational activities present on a mixed center.
