La Cultura laboral como categoría antropológica y su redimensionamiento en el contexto educativo cubano

Abstract

El presente artículo ofrece un análisis de la cultura laboral en el contexto educativo, como parte del proceso formativo laboral que se realiza desde las instituciones educativas cubanas para la preparación de los niños, adolescentes y jóvenes para el futuro. Tiene como objetivo redimensionar la categoría antropológica cultura en función de lo laboral con la finalidad de aportar un marco teórico que permita despejar las interrogantes que se han suscitado en torno al término cultura laboral, planteamientos que la analizan como resultado o como parte intrínseca del proceso de formación laboral. Para la confección del artículo fue necesaria la revisión bibliográfica de la literatura especializada relacionada con la temática y el empleo de métodos de investigación del nivel teórico y empírico que permitieron realizar inferencias, deducciones y valoraciones de los verdaderos aportes de esta categoría a la formación laboral en el contexto educativo cubano.

The present article offers an analysis of the labor culture in the educational context, as part of the labor training process that is carried out from the Cuban educational institutions for the preparation of children, adolescents and young people for the future. Its objective is to re-dimension the anthropological category of culture as a function of the work with the aim of providing a theoretical framework that allows clearing the questions that have arisen around the term work culture, approaches that analyze it as a result or as an intrinsic part of the process of job training. For the preparation of the article it was necessary the bibliographic review of the specialized literature related to the theme and the use of research methods of the theoretical and empirical level that allowed inferences, deductions and assessments of the real contributions of this category to the labor training in the Cuban educational context.
