Diagnóstico a la actividad de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la Unidad Centro de Elaboración Empresa Comercio y Gastronomía de Banes

Abstract

La seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SST) constituye hoy día una actividad clave de la gestión de los recursos humanos a la cual hay que prestar una atención priorizada para garantizar el bienestar físico y la seguridad de los miembros de una organización, con el objetivo de obtener de estos la entrega y el compromiso necesario para lograr las metas planificadas. El presente trabajo se realiza en el Centro de Elaboración de la empresa de Comercio y Gastronomía del municipio de Banes, con el objetivo general de diagnosticar la actividad de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, para detectar las no conformidades con la NC 18001:2005 y así trabajar en su solución. La aplicación del procedimiento propuesto por el colectivo de profesores de la Universidad de Holguín permitió determinar las principales irregularidades que presenta la gestión de la SST en el establecimiento, que afectan la satisfacción de los trabajadores, y realizar la planificación de los objetivos y acciones que permitirán en el mediano y largo plazo la solución de los problemas definidos. Para el análisis de los resultados se aplicaron métodos y técnicas propias para estas tipos de investigaciones, como los de análisis y síntesis, inductivo – deductivo, empíricos (entrevistas, encuestas etc.) y estadísticos descriptivos y otros.

The security and health of the work (SST) constitutes newaday a key activity of the on management of the human resorts in which we should paid priority to guarantee the phisie welfare and the security of i´ts members,with the objective to obtain the delivery and the obligation they need to achieve the planed finish. The present work is realized in the Center of Elaboration of the company of Trade and Gastronomy from Banes municipality, with the general objective to diagnostic the management activity at security and heath at the work, to emphasize the desagreement with the NC 18001:2005 and so work to solve the in it solution. The application of the proposed ptocedure by the collective of professors from University of Holguín allowed decide the main abnormal that has the management of the SST at the establishment that affect to satisfy the workerrs andmake the planning of the objetiives and actions that will permit in large and smak period to solve the detertmined problems. For the analysis of the results methods were applied and technical own for these types of investigations, as those of analysis and synthesis, inductive - deductive, empiric (you interview, surveys etc.) and statistical descriptive and others.
