Diagnóstico y plan de mejoras del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la Empresa de Producciones Hidromecánicas de Banes

Abstract

La presente investigación consiste en la realización de un diagnóstico del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la empresa de Producciones Hidromecánicas de Banes, donde fue aplicado un procedimiento con el objetivo de conocer el estado actual de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, compararlo con lo estipulado en la norma cubana 18001: 2005 y trazar un plan de acción que propicie un desempeño eficiente y eficaz de dicho sistema, manteniéndolo y mejorándolo cada día, lo que traerá consigo un aumento de la calidad de la vida laboral. Con la aplicación del procedimiento se cumple con el objetivo general definido, obteniéndose información veraz y oportuna que permitió determinar las no conformidades con la norma y trazar acciones para la mejora continua del sistema. Entre los principales problemas detectados se encuentran que los trabajadores no conocen la Política de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, no existe promoción y divulgación, hay necesidad de cursos de capacitación, así como la falta de un estilo de dirección participativo. De forma general se puede afirmar que existe falta de competencia y motivación por la seguridad y salud en el trabajo. En dicha investigación se realizó una amplia revisión bibliográfica y se emplearon técnicas y herramientas propias de la Ingeniería Industrial, propuestas en la metodología empleada.

The present investigation consists on the realization of a diagnosis of the System of Administration of Security and Health in the Work in the Hydro-mechanical Productions company of Banes, where was applied a procedure with the objective of knowing the current state of the security and health in the work, to compare it with that specified in the Cuban norm 18001: 2005 and to trace an action plan that propitiates an efficient and effective acting of this system, maintaining it and improving it every day, what will bring gets an increase of the quality of the labor life. With the application of the procedure it is fulfilled the defined general objective, being obtained truthful and opportune information that it allowed to determine the non conformities with the norm and to trace actions for the continuous improvement of the system. Among the main detected problems are found that the workers don't know the Politics of Security and Health in the Work, doesn't exist promotion and popularization, there is necessity of training courses, as well as the lack of a style of administration participative. In a general way it is been able to affirm that exists lack of competition and motivation for the security and health in the work. In this investigation was carried out a wide bibliographical revision and were used technical and tools characteristic of the Industrial Engineering, proposed in the used methodology.
