Influencia de la transportación cañera en el rendimiento de la producción de azúcar en la UEB Central Azucarero López Peña
Abstract
En el presente trabajo se muestra un análisis del sistema integral de la
transportación cañera utilizada para el abastecimiento de la materia prima de la UEB
Central Azucarero López Peña , con el objetivo de valorar la influencia de la
transportación de materia prima en el rendimiento de la producción de azúcar.
Este trabajo posibilita m edir el comportamiento de estos indicadores en las últimas
tres zafras, lo que facilita realizar análisis y valoraciones objetivas que conduzcan
a la solución de reducir los costos, seleccionando la mejor variante de empleo de la
transportación para el tiro de la cosecha cañera.
Como métodos de investigación se utilizaron métodos teóricos tales como: Método
Histórico - Lógico, método de Análisis – Síntesis e Inducción - Deducción, así como
métodos Empíricos: Entrevista, Revisión de Documentos, Observación Científica, y la
Medición, además de una amplia revisión bibliográfica sobre el tema, lo cual permitió la
confección de los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos que posibilitaron el desarrollo
de la presente investigación.
Como resultado de esta investigación se demostró que la variante óptima de
transportación es el tiro directo ya que garantiza mayor frescura y por lo tanto mayores
rendimientos en la producción de azúcar. At present work sample an analysis of the integral system of the used sugar cane
transportation for the supplying of the raw material of the López Peña sugar mill UEB,
with the objective to value the influence of the transportation of raw material in the
performance of the production of sugar.
This work facilitates measure the conduct of these indicators in the last three sugar
cane crops, which facilitates carry out analysis and objective valuations they conduct to
the solution to reduce the costs, by selecting the best variant of employment of the
transportation for the throw of the sugar cane season.
As methods of investigation $6 used to him theoretical methods just as they: Historicallogical method, method of analysis– Synthesis and induction-deduction, as well as
empiric methods: Interview, document revision, scientific observation, and the
measurement, besides a wide bibliographical revision on the topic, it who permitted the
confection of the theoretical foundations and methodological that facilitated the
development of investigation this letter.
As a result of this investigation demonstrated that the best variant of transportation is
the direct fire since guarantees major freshness and therefore bigger performances in
the production of sugar.
