Evaluación de la efectividad empresarial a partir de un enfoque basado en procesos en el Centro de Elaboración de Guardalavaca, Holguín

Abstract

Alcanzar un óptimo desempeño empresarial representa actualmente un importante reto para las empresas a nivel mundial. Las expectativas de los clientes se tornan cada vez más elevadas por lo que estas se encuentran en un medio que le formula mayores exigencias. Todo esto conlleva a que las empresas se encuentren presionadas a mejorar la toma de decisiones y la gestión empresarial en búsqueda de mejorar su efectividad. A partir de lo antes expuesto se desarrolló la presente investigación en el Centro de Elaboración, Guardalavaca perteneciente a la Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) Producciones Alimentarias de la Empresa Servisa S.A, Holguín. La cual tuvo como finalidad: evaluar el desempeño empresarial, a partir de indicadores de eficiencia y eficacia con un enfoque en procesos mediante la aplicación parcial de un procedimiento existente para estos fines. En función del diagnóstico se proyectaron las soluciones y se elaboró el plan de acción de mejoras, con su correspondiente valoración económica y social. Para el logro del objetivo propuesto se utilizaron varios métodos y herramientas, entre los que se encuentran: inductivo – deductivo, análisis – síntesis, sistémico – estructural, observaciones directas, encuestas, entrevistas, etc.

To achieve a good managerial acting represents an important challenge at the moment for the companies at world level. The expectations of the clients are more and higher for that that these they are in a means that formulates him bigger demands. All this bears to that the companies are pressed to improve the taking of decisions and the managerial administration in search of improving their effectiveness. Starting from the before exposed the present investigation was developed in the Center of Elaboration, Guardalavaca belonging to the Managerial Unit of Base (UEB) Alimentary Productions of the Company Servisa S.A, Holguín. Which had as purpose: to evaluate the managerial acting, starting from indicators of efficiency and effectiveness with a focus in processes by means of the partial application of an existent procedure for these ends. In function of the diagnosis they were projected the solutions and the plan of action of improvements was elaborated, with its corresponding economic and social valuation. For the achievement of the proposed objective several methods and tools were used, among those that are: inductive - deductive, analysis - synthesis, systemic - structural, direct observations, you interview, interviews, etc.
