Procedimientos para el desarrollo del proceso docente educativo y metodológico de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial

Abstract

Las organizaciones a lo largo del tiempo se han tenido que adaptar a los cambios del ambiente, lo que les exige priorizar la calidad como una de las tendencias a utilizar en su gestión. Las universidades no escapan de lo antes expuesto y también han sentido la influencia del entorno, lo que las compromete a dirigir sus esfuerzos hacia una nueva forma de actuación en el proceso de enseñanza–aprendizaje, a cambiar la estructura tradicional por nuevos diseños organizacionales. La Educación Superior Cubana ha comprendido su importancia y se proyecta por un enfoque integral de la calidad. En la universidad de Holguín actualmente se evidencian pasos de carácter documental que responden a las exigencias del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC), pero aún no se cuenta con una herramienta que estandarice el trabajo y deje evidencia para la posterior planificación de los procesos, constituyendo este el problema científico a resolver, definiéndose como objetivo general de esta investigación: diseñar el manual de procedimientos a los niveles organizativos del departamento docente de Ingeniería Industrial de manera tal que propicie en buena medida el diseño e implantación en el futuro del SGC en la Facultad. Como resultados fundamentales se presenta una guía práctica metodológica para el diseño de los procedimientos de trabajo y en una aplicación parcial en el departamento de Ingeniería Industrial, se completó el diseño de cuatro documentos, con sus respectivos registros, el cumplimiento del objetivo se alcanzó utilizando métodos, instrumentos y técnicas como: trabajo con expertos y entrevistas.

The organizations along the time had to adapt to the changes of the atmosphere, what demands it to prioritize the quality like one of the tendencies to use in their administration. The universities don't escape before from the exposed and they have also felt the influence of the environment, what commits them to direct their efforts toward a new performance form in the teaching-learning process, to change the traditional structure for new organizational designs. The Cuban Superior Education has understood its importance and it is projected for an integral focus of the quality. In the university of Holguín steps of documental character are evidenced at the moment that respond to the demands of the System of Administration of Quality (SGC), but it is not still had a tool that standardizes the work and leave evidence for the later planning of the processes, constituting this the scientific problem to solve, being defined as general objective of this investigation: to design the manual of procedures at the organizational levels of the educational department of Industrial Engineering in a such way that it propitiates in good measure the design and installation in the future of the SGC in the Ability. As fundamental results a methodological practical guide is presented for the design of the work procedures and in a partial application in the department of Industrial Engineering the design of four documents was completed, with its respective registrations, execution of the objective was reached using methods, instruments and technical as: I work with experts and interviews.
