Sistema Informático para la Gestión de la Información de las Reservas Estatales en la Delegación Territorial INRE Holguín

Abstract

La Delegación Territorial del INRE en Holguín, tiene como objeto social: dirigir, ejecutar y controlar la política del Estado y del Gobierno en cuanto a las Reservas Estatales y el control de las movilizativas en la provincia. La gestión de la información es un elemento fundamental para el cumplimiento efectivo de sus funciones. Para su progreso, en el departamento de reservas materiales de la delegación se ha empleado el SARMAT, un sistema informático, el cual lleva en explotación un período de seis años presentando faltas que dificultan el trabajo de los especialistas de reservas materiales. La presente investigación propone una solución a estas dificultades a través de la propuesta de un nuevo sistema informático para la gestión de la información en las Reservas Estatales en la Delegación Territorial INRE Holguín, con el objetivo de favorecer el trabajo con las Reservas Estatales de la provincia facilitando así la toma de decisiones. Se propone la realización de un producto sostenible y que satisface las necesidades administrativas que lo originaron.

The Territorial Delegation of the INRE in Holguín has like social object: to direct, to execute and to control the politics of the State and of the Government as for the state reservations and the control of the movilizatives in the county. The administration of the information is a fundamental element for the effective execution of its functions. For their progress, in the department of reservations materials of the delegation the SARMAT, a computer system, the one has been used which takes in exploitation a six year-old period presenting lacks that hinder the work of the specialists of reservations materials. The present investigation proposes a solution to these difficulties through the proposal of a new computer system for the administration of the information for the state reservations in the territorial delegation INRE Holguín, with the objective of favoring the work with the state reservations in the county facilitating this way the decisions making. It intends the realization of a sustainable product and that it satisfies the administrative necessities that originated it.
