Perfeccionamiento del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad de la Empresa de Seguridad y Protección Holguín

Abstract

Los constantes cambios a los que se ven expuestas las empresas y el entorno cada vez más globalizado y competitivo, obligan a las organizaciones a mejorar periódicamente sus procesos operativos. De ahí que sea de gran necesidad para las organizaciones cubanas la mejora continua de su Sistema de Gestión de Calidad para su posterior certificación, lo cual les permitirá aumentar su credibilidad como empresa. Por tal motivo se desarrolló el presente trabajo investigativo en la Empresa de Seguridad y Protección (SEPRO) de Holguín, el cual tiene como objetivo aplicar un procedimiento para la mejora de del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad en dicha empresa acorde a los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001 del 2008 y las características específicas de esta organización. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se utilizaron métodos teóricos y empíricos asociados a este tipo de investigación siendo escogidas como principales técnicas, las encuestas y entrevistas, la revisión bibliográfica y el trabajo en grupo, lo cual contribuyó con el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto. Con la aplicación parcial de la metodología se dotó a la empresa de una herramienta para monitorear sus procesos y resolver los aspectos señalados en las diferentes auditorías que se han realizado como parte del proceso de certificación de la calidad.

The constant changes to those that are exposed the companies and the environment more and more globalized and competitive, they force to the organizations to improve their operative processes periodically. With the result that it is of great necessity for the Cuban organizations the continuous improvement of their System of Administration of Quality for their later certification, that which will allow them to increase their credibility like company. For such a reason the present investigative work was developed in the Company of Security and Protection (SEPRO) of Holguín, which has as objective to apply a procedure for the improvement of of the System of Administration of the Quality in this in agreement company to the requirements of the norm ISO 9001 of the 2008 and the specific characteristics of this organization. For the development of this work theoretical and empiric methods associated to this investigation type were used being chosen as main technical, the surveys and interviews, the bibliographical revision and the work in group, that which contributed with the execution of the proposed objective. With the partial application of the methodology it was endowed to the company of a tool for monitorial their processes and to solve the aspects pointed out in the different audits that have been carried out as part of the process of certification of the quality.
