Estudio y diseño del proceso de auditoría interna en el marco de los sistemas estandarizados de gestión en VERTICE
Abstract
Based on the current need of the organization to handle different management systems,
involving different stakeholders and the emergence of new technologies that are
transforming the way we work, interact and perceive the world, changing attitudes and
demands of consumers; the main models and methodologies proposed in the
international literature, for the integration of these management systems, with
consequent improvement of the effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness are
reviewed.
The approach to integration by the ISO in 2006 and 99 PASS UNE 66177: 2005, where
integration brings benefits and barriers that can be given against it, are presented and
analyzed in addition far should lead the integration effort, and how, from any perspective
, the ideal goal is to achieve integrated systems, which can incorporate new
management systems that arise in the future.
Subsequently a study was performed and the internal audit process is designed in the
context of standardized management systems Business Services Engineering and
Design Holguin VERTICE, with emphasis on process management and an integrated
approach, starting that these systems have commonalities in principles, components,
processes, structures and requirements which makes the implementation of integrated
management systems is a viable alternative and recommended for businesses.
