Estudio de factibilidad del proyecto de reubicación del Taller Mecánico de TRANSTUR

Abstract

En el mundo empresarial actual una meta de toda organización es ser eficiente para lograr resultados óptimos que la ubiquen en una posición ventajosa frente a la competencia. Lo anterior implica trazar estrategias encaminadas a aprovechar los recursos al máximo, pero demostrando de antemano su factibilidad. El presente estudio persigue el objetivo de determinar la viabilidad del proyecto de reubicación del taller mecánico de la Empresa TRANSTUR de Holguín, decisión estratégica clave en su desarrollo. El cumplimiento de este objetivo se garantizó a través del empleo de diversos métodos teóricos, empíricos y técnicas entre las cuales se pueden mencionar: el histórico – lógico, analítico – sintético, empírico, estadístico, etc. Las conclusiones y recomendaciones a las que se arriban al terminar esta investigación le servirán a la empresa para la toma de las decisiones que le permitan mejorar la situación económico-financiera y su funcionamiento. Esta investigación se estructuró de la manera siguiente: el primer capítulo que contiene el marco teórico - referencial de la investigación y un Capítulo IIen el cual se exponen los principales resultados del estudio de factibilidad del proyecto de inversión. Posee además Conclusiones y Recomendaciones, así como la Bibliografía consultada y un cuerpo de anexos de necesaria inclusión.

In the present world of companies, one of their goals is to be efficient in order to achieve optimum results that place them at a position of advantage in front of their competition. Having this advantage implies that it is necessary to create and implement strategies to take maximum advantage of their resources, but at the same time demonstrate beforehand its feasibility. The present study pursues the objective of determining the viability of a project based on the reallocation of a mechanical workshop belonging to the TRANSTUR Company in Holguín, which is a key strategic decision in its development. The completion of this objective has been guaranteed through the use of diverse theoretical, empirical and technical methods, among those that can be mentioned are: el historical - logical, analytical – synthetic, empirical, statistical, etc. The conclusions and recommendations which were arrived at in order to complete this investigation would serve to allow and help the company to make decisions that would better its economicalfinancial situation and as well as it’s functioning. This investigation is structured in the following manner: the first chapter contains the referential theoretical mark and in chapter II, this defines the principal results of the feasibility study of the investment project. Besides this, it possesses the conclusions and recommendations derived from the study as well as the consulted bibliography and the necessary annexes.
