Evaluación del comportamiento y nivel de integración del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo al sistema de gestión integrado del capital humano en la Empresa de Servicios Técnicos de Holguín Asertec

Abstract

El trabajo fue realizado con el objetivo de diagnosticar el comportamiento del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SGSST) y determinar su nivel de integración con los restantes procesos del sistema de gestión integrada del capital humano (SGICH). En la investigación se emplearon métodos teóricos como el análisis y síntesis de la información obtenida a partir de la revisión de la bibliografía especializada en la materia, así como de la experiencia de especialistas consultados, también se empleó el método inductivo-deductivo para determinar las interrelaciones teórico-metodológicas que evidencian la contribución de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el SGICH, además de encuestas, observación directa y consulta de documentos para la recopilación de la información. En la realización del trabajo se logró el diseño y aplicación de un procedimiento metodológico que permitió medir el comportamiento y el nivel de integración del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo respecto al sistema de gestión integrada del capital humano, donde se determinó que el comportamiento de la empresa presenta algunos elementos implantados del SGSST (pobre) y la integración al SGICH es evaluada de regular. Por lo que se construyeron soluciones estratégicas que permitirán un mejor desempeño en la organización. The work was realized with the objective of diagnosing the behavior of the system of safe-deposit administration and health in the work (SGSST) and to determine its integration level with the remaining processes of the integrated administration system of the human capital (SGICH). In the investigation theoretical methods were used as the analysis and synthesis of the obtained information starting from the revision of the bibliography specialized in the matter, as well as of the experience of consulted specialists, the inductive-deductive method was also used to determine the theoretical-methodological interrelations that evidence the contribution of the security and health in the work in the SGICH, besides surveys, direct observation and consultation of documents for the summary of the information. In the realization of the work it was achieved the design and application of a methodological procedure that it allowed to measure the behavior and the level of integration of the system of administration of the security and health in the work regarding the system of integrated administration of the human capital, where it was determined that the behavior of the company presents some implanted elements of the SGSST (poor) and the integration to the SGICH is evaluated of regulating. For what strategic solutions were built that it will allow a better acting in the organization.
