Estrategia de orientación vocacional para asegurar la continuidad de estudios

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo la incorporación de estudiantes del Preuniversitario a carreras priorizadas para el desarrollo local como son las de corte pedagógico, la contabilidad y carreras agrónomas, para ello se realizó un grupo de acciones dirigidas a la preparación de los padres, la comunidad y la escuela, para que ellos influyan de forma directa en la selección de las carreras en estudiantes de duodécimo grado. Para la solución del problema científico y el cumplimiento del objetivo de la investigación se utilizaron los métodos y técnicas: análisis–síntesis, deducción genética, histórico-lógico, hipotético- deductivo, sistémico-estructural, modelación, observación científica, encuesta, entrevista, criterio de expertos, triangulación y el análisis de documentos. Como resultado de la investigación se obtuvo un mayor conocimiento por parte de la escuela, los padres y la comunidad sobre el perfil de cada una de las carreras, así como la motivación hacia el estudio atendiendo a las necesidades del territorio lo que garantizó menos deserción escolar, más compromiso con la localidad y dentro de cinco año cubrir el déficit de profesionales en el municipio.

The present work has as objective the incorporation of students from the Senior High School to university degrees prioritized for the local development such as those of pedagogic scope, the Accounting and Agricultural degrees. It was carried out a set of actions directed to the preparation of the parents, the community and the school, so that they could influence in a direct way in the selection of the degrees by students of twelfth grade. For the solution of the scientific problem and the execution of the objective of the investigation the following methods and technics were used: Analytic - synthetic, genetic, historical - logical, hypothetical - deductive, systemic - structural, modeling, scientific bservation, survey, interview, experts’ approach, triangulation and analysis of documents. As a result of the investigation a wider knowledge was obtained on the part of the school, the parents and the community on the profile of each one of the degrees, as well as the motivation toward the study assisting to the necessities of the territory what guaranteed less desertion from school, more commitment with the local politics and the possibility to cover the deficit of professionals in the municipality in the next five years.
