Paradigmas vivos del magisterio teatral

Abstract

Acercamiento a las ricas trayectorias de algunos protagonistas más notables de la creación teatral en el Holguín de la era revolucionaria: la actriz Norma Arencibia Labrada, el actor y atrecista Fernando Gil Arias Espinosa y el dramaturgo Carlos Leyva Bonaga. La interacción con holguineros de distintas generaciones y en particular con jóvenes aficionados a la práctica teatral, permitió constatar que existe un escaso conocimiento de la vida y obra de estas tres personalidades de la cultura local. Con el acceso a varias fuentes vivas y registros documentales, los articulistas iniciaron una indagación que se aproximó a aspectos fundamentales de su quehacer profesional y trazó un amplio perfil que fue desde sus desempeños como artistas hasta su proyección personal en la docencia. El proceso investigativo abordó elementos esenciales de cada faceta o dimensión presente en sus respectivas trayectorias; se enfatizó en su evidente vocación para enseñar que les llevó a trabajar, por varias décadas, en la formación de los instructores de teatro. La utilización de la entrevista permitió obtener un rico conjunto de testimonios de los propios protagonistas, de los que se derivaron los aportes artísticos y pedagógicos de estos tres pilares del arte y el magisterio teatral en Holguín.

It is an approach to the rich trajectories some of the most notable protagonists of the theatrical creation in the Holguin of the revolutionary era; the actress Norma Arencibia Labrada, the actor and atrecist Fernando Gil Arias Espinosa and the playwright Carlos Leyva Bonaga. On these personalities of the local culture could be verified through the interaction with residents, amateurs and the consultation of documents among other sources, that there is little knowledge of his life and work. There were used methods that allowed a deep investigation; an approach was made to fundamental aspects of their professional work, drawing a broad profile of their performance as artists to portray their most diverse facets and projections. It was made an emphasis on the elements that they used in the commitment to teach art and the elements that served them to work with the Instructors of the new generation. The structure of the work allows to enjoy the testimonies of the own stories of its protagonists. The article summarizes the artistic-cultural and pedagogical contributions of these specialists with great performance in the art of theatrical magisterium.
