Sistema informático para la gestión de ventas y prestación de servicios navales e integrales de la UEB Astinor en Gibara
Abstract
Astinor es una UEB perteneciente a la empresa CEPRONA, ubicada a orillas de la
bahía de Gibara, Provincia Holguín-Cuba. Hace unos años solo se dedicaba a la
creación y reparación de barcos y votes, además de los correspondientes servicios
navales, hoy se fabrican disímiles productos que satisfacen las necesidades de
distintos sectores del país usando la tecnología del plástico reforzado con fibra de
vidrio. Entre ellos se destacan, los Kioscos, las tejas traslúcidas, las rejillas de
refrigeración, etc. Actualmente el departamento Comercial de la UEB se encarga de
concretar las ventas de sus diversos productos mediante la propaganda de los
mismos por catálogos en papel. En esta investigación se aporta un sistema informático que favorece el proceso de gestión de ventas y prestación de servicios navales e integrales en el Departamento Comercial de la UEB Astinor. Con el desarrollo de esta aplicación se podrá acceder a toda la información pertinente sobre los productos de la UEB mediante un sitio web que va a permitir además encargar un producto online, favoreciendo el comercio electrónico en el país, aclarar cualquier inquietud que el usuario presente acerca de los mismos, informarse sobre las últimas producciones y pretensiones de Astinor, etc. Para su desarrollo se utilizó PHP, HTML 5, JavaScript y el framework de desarrollo web Symfony. Como sistema de gestión de bases de datos MySQL y Apache como servidor web. Para guiar el desarrollo del software se seleccionó la metodología Iconix. catalogs in paper. In this investigation a computer system is contributed that favors
the process of administration of sales and benefit of naval and integral services in the
Commercial Department of the UEB Astinor. With the development of this application one will be able to consent to all the pertinent information on the products of the UEB by means of a place web that will also allow to take charge a product online, favoring the electronic trade in the country. As well as to clarify any restlessness that the present user about the same ones, to be informed on the last productions and pretenses of Astinor, etc. For their development PHP, HTML5 was used, JavaScript and the framework of development web Symfony. As system of administration of databases MySQL and Apache as servant web. To guide the development of the software the methodology Iconix it was selected.
