Experiencia acerca de la formación laboral investigativa de los profesionales en formación

Abstract

El objetivo del artículo consistió en explicar la estrategia utilizada en la carrera Educación Laboral-Informática para lograr una elevada preparación de los profesionales en formación durante la práctica laboral investigativa. Los métodos se emplearon a partir de la observación sistemática, el intercambio directo e instrumentos de evaluación, entrevistas y encuestas a estudiantes, profesores y tutores de las filiales. Los resultados de la aplicación de estos métodos fueron interpretados mediante una sistematización teórico-práctica y valoración. La factibilidad de la estrategia que se instrumentó en la práctica laboral investigativa, las acciones y actividades concebidas para la reafirmación profesional pedagógica de los estudiantes de la carrera Educación Laboral-Informática durante su formación inicial, permitió lograr un cambio significativo en el comportamiento de dichos estudiantes. Todo ello ha concedido perfeccionar la formación del estudiante de la carrera Educación Laboral-Informática, se ha fortalecido el desempeño de los tutores y del maestro en formación, contribuyendo a la formación laboral investigativa.

The purpose of the article was to explain the strategy used in the rac e Labor Education -Computer to achieve high preparation of the trainees during the investigative work practice. The methods from systematic observation, direct exchange and assessment tools, interviews and surveys of students, teachers and guardians of su bsidiaries, and its therefore interpretation through a theoretical and practical systematization, as well as interviews and surveys, observation and assessment of results. The author evaluated the feasibility of the strategy that was implemented in the inv estigative work practice actions and activities designed to teaching vocational students reaffirmation of Labor Career Education -Computer during their initial training, it was possible to achieve a significant change in the behavior of our students. This has enabled further training Student Career Employment Education Computing, has strengthened the performance of tutors and teacher training, contributing to the research job training.
