SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO PARA LA GESTIÓN DEL ARCHIVO TÉCNICO DE LA EMPRESA DE PROYECTOS E INGENIERÍA UEB HOLGUÍN

Abstract

La Empresa Nacional de Proyectos e Ingeniería ENPA Unidad Empresarial de Base Holguín, es una entidad de consultoría, ingeniería y diseño, que tiene como objetivo asumir la amplia variedad de productos que demanda el sector agropecuario del país. Para la consecución de dichos proyectos es indispensable el acceso constante a la información; es en ello donde manifiesta todo su valor la existencia de su archivo técnico, representando una fuente de consulta, comunicación y de generación de conocimiento. La presente investigación propone resolver las dificultades de búsqueda, registro y acceso a la información que actualmente existen en este proceso de gestión; mediante el diseño e implementación de un producto informático. La solución propuesta fue desarrollada basada en la arquitectura cliente-servidor, mediante la metodología de desarrollo de software Iconix, como lenguaje de programación se empleó Java haciendo uso del framework ZK para su diseño web, el framework Spring para la lógica del negocio e Hibernate para la persistencia de los datos, se utilizó como sistema gestor de base de datos el PostgreSQL y Apache Tomcat como servidor web.

The National Company for Projecting and Engineering ENPA Managerial Unit of Base Holguín is aiming at taking over the huge variety of projects demanded by the farming sphere in the country. For the attainment of this projects it is indispensable the constant access to the information, is in it where he manifests all its value the existence of file technician, representing a consultation source, communication and again knowledge. The present investigation intends to solve the search difficulties, record and access to the information that at the moment exist in its management process, by means of the design and implementation of a computer product. This proporsal was developed on the basis of the client/server architecture, by means of the ICONIX methodology, and Java programming language with ZK framework for the web design, the framework Spring for the logic of business and Hibernate for the persistence of the data. Also, PostgreSQL was used as database server and Apache Tomcat, as a web server.
