Tareas docentes desarrolladoras para la unidad 2 Investigación de Mercado de la asignatura Marketing de los Servicios en el Técnico Medio en Comercio del Instituto Politécnico 26 de junio de Moa

Abstract

El presente trabajo parte de la determinación a través de un estudio diagnóstico, de las insuficiencias que presentan los estudiantes del Técnico Medio en Comercio del Instituto politécnico 26 de junio de Moa, en el aprendizaje de los contenidos de la asignatura Marketing de los servicios, lo cual afecta el cumplimiento de las exigencias de su formación integral. Como vía de solución al problema detectado se proponen tareas docentes para el aprendizaje de la asignatura Marketing de los servicios concebidas mediante el enfoque sistémico – estructural funcional. Este resultado se sustenta en las concepciones teóricas del aprendizaje desde un enfoque desarrollador, en los principios que caracterizan a la Pedagogía de la Educación Técnica y Profesional; así como en las concepciones teóricas relativas al diseño de tareas docentes. El proceso de valoración de la experiencia en la aplicación de las tareas docentes mediante talleres metodológicos con profesores y de criterios de especialistas, demostró que con su aplicación se contribuye al mejoramiento del aprendizaje de los contenidos de la asignatura Marketing de los servicios que se imparte a los estudiantes de la especialidad de Comercio del Instituto Politécnico 26 de junio de Moa. Este resultado puede generalizarse al resto de las escuelas politécnicas donde se estudie la especialidad a nivel nacional, con flexibilidad y adaptabilidad al contexto laboral donde transcurra el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje del tema referido a la a la asignatura de Marketing de los servicios.

The present work is based on the determination, through a diagnostic study, of the deficiencies that the students of the Technician in Commerce at the Polytechnic Institute of June 26, in Moa, have in learning the contents of the subject Marketing of services, which affects the fulfillment of the requirements of their integral formation. As a solution to the problem detected, teaching tasks are proposed for the learning of the subject Marketing of services conceived through the systemic - structural functional approach. This result is based on the theoretical conceptions of learning from a developing focus, on the principles that characterize the Pedagogy of Technical and Professional Education; as well as in the theoretical conceptions related to the design of teaching tasks. The process of evaluating the experience in the application of teaching tasks through methodological workshops with teachers and criteria of specialists, showed that with its application it contributes to the improvement of the learning of the contents of the subject Marketing of the services that is imparted to the students of the specialty of Commerce at the Polytechnic Institute “June 26” in Moa. This result can be generalized to the rest of the polytechnic schools where the specialty is studied at a national level, with flexibility and adaptability to the labor context where the teaching - learning process of the subject referred to the subject of Marketing of the services occurs.
