Periodización histórica del trabajo con la reserva de cuadros en Cuba y el diagnóstico de su capacidad de dirección

Abstract

Esta investigación persiguió identificar las tendencias que caracterizan la periodización histórica del trabajo con las reservas de cuadros y el diagnóstico de su capacidad de dirección. Ha sido establecida la selección, preparación y promoción de las reservas de cuadros a partir de la atención brindada desde la dirección del país. La práctica manifiesta un grupo de insuficiencias que atentan en contra del desarrollo de su capacidad de dirección como futuros cuadros. El estudio tendencial de los períodos se establece a partir del triunfo revolucionario partiendo de los documentos jurídicos normativos y el tratamiento dado en ellos al diagnóstico de su capacidad de dirección. Con la utilización de los métodos de análisis-síntesis, inducción-deducción, así como el histórico-lógico, se extraen los elementos que arrojan las consultas y el análisis a las fuentes documentales y de entrevistas que se realizaron a cuadros. This research was aimed at identifying the tendencies that Characterize the historical periodic division of the work with the in-training management officers and the diagnosis of their management ability . The selection, preparation and promotion of the in-training officers have been established based on the relevance given to it by the ruling direction of the country. The practical experience shows a group of insufficiencies that attemptagainst the development of their management ability as future executives. The tendency study of the periods was established starting from the revolutionary triumph along with the legal prescriptive documents and the treatment given in them to the diagnosis of their management ability. Using analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, and the historical-logical methods, allowed processing the elements supplied by consultations and the analysis of the documentary sources, as well as the interviews to skilled executives, some of them with a wide experience as officials in the municipal and provincial level.
