Caracterización de los escolares con trastornos del lenguaje: regularidades del estudio transversal

Abstract

La educación cubana actual se proyecta desde una perspectiva humanista que se refleja en una atención cada vez más integral y personalizada de la diversidad escolar. Ello constituye a su vez, una respuesta a las nuevas posiciones éticas respecto a la educación de las personas con necesidades educativas especiales. Entre estos existe un grupo de niños cuyas necesidades derivan del insuficiente desarrollo del lenguaje, con la consiguiente repercusión en la esfera psíquica y en el aprendizaje. Para su educación, el sistema educativo cubano adopta múltiples medidas entre las que se encuentra el servicio logopédico. En el artículo se exponen los resultados del estudio transversal de cinco casos de escolares con necesidades educativas especiales en el Desarrollo General del Lenguaje. Como métodos teóricos, se utilizaron el trabajo con las fuentes, a través de los procedimientos análisis-síntesis, inducción-deducción e histórico-lógico. Entre los métodos empíricos, se utilizaron el estudio de caso, la observación, la encuesta, la entrevista, y la revisión de documentos.

The current Cuban education, projects itself from a humanist perspective which is reflected in increasingly comprehensive and personalized school diversity. This constitutes a proposal to the new ethics positions regarding the education of people with special educational needs. There is a group of children within this group, whose needs are from the insufficient development of language, along with its consequent impact in the psychic area as well as in their learning. For their education, the Cuban educational system takes many measures including the speech therapy. In this article are presented the results of the transversal study of five students with special educational needs in the General Development of Language. The theoretical methods used were: the work with the sources through the procedures analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and the historico-logical. Among the empirical ones, it can be mentioned the case studies, observation, the survey, the interview and the revision of documents.
