Una mirada hacia la formación vocacional pedagógica en Cuba

Abstract

El artículo que se presenta plantea como objetivo develar un estudio histórico tendencial del proceso de formación vocacional pedagógica en Cuba. Para su desarrollo se emplean métodos del nivel teórico y empírico, como el histórico-lógico, el analítico-sintético, así como el análisis documental y la entrevista a maestros de experiencia y responsables del tema en las direcciones Municipal y Provincial de Educación. La confiabilidad científica de este análisis histórico se constata como parte de la tesis doctoral de la autora principal. El resultado fundamental se encuentra en la posibilidad de establecer tres tendencias históricas de la formación vocacional pedagógica en las que se revela un insuficiente tratamiento psicopedagógico desde el proceso. El valor teórico del artículo se evidencia al tener en cuenta la limitada bibliografía validada científicamente respecto a la periodización del proceso señalado.

The present article was aimed at disclosing the trend of a historical study of the vocational teacher training process in Cuba. In its development were used theoretical and empirical methods like the historical – logical, analysis – synthesis, as well as the analysis of documents and interview to experienced teachers and the ones responsible on the matter from the Local and Provincial directions of Education. The scientific reliability of this historical analysis is verified as part of the doctoral thesis of the main author of this article. The most important result lies in the possibility of establishing three historical trends of such training, revealing an insufficient psycho pedagogical treatment from the process. The theoretical value of this article is evidenced when consulting the limited bibliography validated scientifically, regarding the periodization of the quoted process.
