La Educación a distancia, una alternativa para la superación político-ideológica de los cuadros

Abstract

Se investigó la problemática de la superación permanente de los cuadros del Partido Comunista de Cuba (PCC), que por su misión, deben asegurar político-ideológicamente los procesos que se desarrollan en la sociedad. Para garantizar su preparación, el Sistema de Escuelas del Partido perfecciona el proceso docente-educativo que desarrolla. A partir del estudio sobre el tema, la observación, el intercambio con profesores y cuadros, así como el análisis del actual sistema de superación para estos fines, se corroboró la necesidad de profundizar en variantes que permiten dar respuesta a las necesidades educativas individuales y colectivas, sin que los cuadros del PCC dejen de cumplir con sus funciones. En correspondencia, el objetivo de este artículo consistió en ofrecer algunas concepciones sobre la propuesta teórico-práctica de Educación Avanzada, la Educación a Distancia y los recursos tecnológicos, que se deben tener presentes en la elaboración de una propuesta de superación político-ideológica para los cuadros del Partido, que contribuya a su formación permanente y con ello a un mejor desempeño. Se utilizaron los métodos análisis-síntesis e histórico-lógico, para determinar los antecedentes y fundamentos teóricos del objeto de investigación.

It was investigated the preparation and continuing overcoming of the cadres of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC by its Spanish acronym), who by their mission should assure politically and ideologically, the processes that take place in society. In order to guarantee their preparation, the Party School System is improving the educational process that is developed. Through the study on the topic, observation, interchange with professors and cadres, and the analysis of the current continuing overcoming system for such purposes, it was corroborated the necessity for further study on variants that respond to the individual and collective educational needs, while the cadres keep carrying out their functions. In correspondence, the main objective of this article was to offer some conceptions on the Advanced Education theoretico-practical proposal, Distance Education and the technological resources that should be taken into account when elaborating a proposal of political-ideological overcoming for the Party cadres, which contributes to their permanent formation and better performance. Analysis-synthesis and historico-logical methods were used, in order to determine the background and theoretical foundation of the investigation object.
