La Orientación profesional hacia la motivación por la carrera de Educación Especial

Abstract

En el presente trabajo fueron abordados los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos de la orientación profesional y la motivación profesional, con el objetivo de diseñar un taller metodológico con fases y sesiones, para elevar la preparación de los profesores del colectivo pedagógico del año en estos temas, e incrementar el nivel motivacional hacia la carrera de Educación Especial. Los métodos utilizados fueron el histórico-lógico, la inducción-deducción, el análisis y la síntesis, la modelación, la observación, la entrevista, la experimentación sobre el terreno y la estadística descriptiva. Mediante su aplicación se favoreció la preparación de los profesores que no son de la especialidad, en el dominio de las particularidades psicopedagógicas de las necesidades educativas especiales intelectuales. La propuesta permitió sistematizar, desde el trabajo metodológico en el colectivo pedagógico de año, acciones que propiciaron la orientación profesional en función del desarrollo de la motivación hacia la profesión de los estudiantes, utilizando la clase como centro y estableciendo la adecuada relación entre los contenidos de las diferentes asignaturas y los específicos de la profesión.

The present article talked about the theoretical and methodological foundations of the vocational guidance and motivation towards the profession, with the objective of designing a methodological workshop with phases and sessions, to favor the preparation of the instructional staff regarding these topics, and increase the motivation towards the career Special Education. The following methods were used: the historical-logical, induction-deduction, analysis-synthesis, modeling, obsdescriptive statistics. Its application favored the preparation of the teachers who are not from the specialty, on the mastery of the psicopedagogical characteristics of the intellectual special educational needs. The proposal allowed the systematization, from the methodological work with the teaching staff, of actions which favor the vocational guidance in function of the development of motivation towards the profession of the students, using the lesson as the core, and establishing an adequate link between the contents of the different subject matters and the profession specific ones.
