Tareas docentes para contribuir a desarrollar la habilidad resolver problemas matemáticos

Abstract

Este artículo es el resultado de una tesis de Maestría. Ofrece algunas precisiones que se deben tener en cuenta a la hora de elaborar y resolver problemas matemáticos en aras de lograr el desarrollo de esta habilidad en los estudiantes, atendiendo a sus potencialidades y barreras en el aprendizaje. Así como un ejemplo de tarea docente graduada por niveles de desempeño cognitivo que posibilita el paso de un nivel a otro de los estudiantes. Este forma parte de un sistema de tareas docentes que fue validado a través de la aplicación de una pre-prueba y una pos-prueba aplicada a un grupo de duodécimo grado, seleccionado de manera aleatoria. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian su factibilidad.

This article is the result of a Master’s degree thesis. It offers some details that must be taken into account when elaborating and solving mathematical problems in order to achieve the development of this ability in students, taking into account their potentialities and hindrances in learning. It also offers an example of teaching task, graded by levels of cognitive performance,which makes it possible for the students to pass from one level to another. This example is part of a system of teaching tasks, which was validated through the applicationof a pre-test and a post-test applied to a sample from twelfth grade, selected at random. The results obtained indicate the feasibility of the teaching tasks.
