El Efecto recíproco inhibidor entre hábitos y su influencia en la formación de habilidades profesionales

Abstract

El objetivo del artículo consistió en explicar la esencia del efecto recíproco inhibidor entre los hábitos, su influencia en la formación de habilidades profesionales y las posibilidades de atenuar o evitar sus consecuencias negativas. Los métodos empleados fueron: análisis histórico-lógico, modelación, hermenéutico-dialéctico y sistémico-estructural, así como entrevistas y encuestas, observación, criterio de expertos y cuasi experimento. Diagnósticos efectuados, evidenciaron insuficiencias en la apropiación de habilidades profesionales en el aprendizaje. Una de las causas radicó en no tener en cuenta la incidencia del mencionado efecto que, de forma imperceptible, provocaba problemas en la adquisición de habilidades. Dicho efecto consiste en la influencia de los hábitos existentes en el individuo sobre la formación de otros nuevos. Para contrarrestar este efecto, el autor planteó recomendaciones, como por ejemplo: no tener antecedentes de manipulación del equipamiento que se va a aprender a manejar; demostrar correctamente por el educador las operaciones a ejecutar y retroalimentarse de la adquisición acertada antes de comenzar a sistematizar; inducir al estudiante a que realice bien la operación que está ejecutando incorrectamente antes de iniciar la sistematización, y luego de lograr la perfección en la realización de las mismas, comenzar la sistematización, induciendo a una repetición racional.

The objective of the present article consisted on the explanation of the essence of the reciprocal inhibiting effect between habits, its influence on the professional skills formation, and the possibilities of reducing or avoiding its negative consequences. The methods used were: the historical-logical, modeling, hermeneutic-dialectical and the systemic-structural, as well as interviews and surveys, observation, experts criterion and quasi-experiment. The developed diagnosis, showed inadequacies when appropriating those skills and one of the reasons why this happens is that the impact of the mentioned effect is not taken into consideration; that imperceptibly, causes problem in the acquisition of skills. The aforementioned effect consists on the influence of the existing habits in the individual over the formation of new ones. To counter such effect some recommendations are made regarding: not having antecedents on the operation of the equipment that has to be used; the teacher must demonstrate correctly the operations to be executed and get feedback from the correct acquisition before starting the systematization; if the operation is running incorrectly, the teacher must lead the students to do it well before initiating the systematization and then achieve perfection when executing the operations, and start systematization leading to a rational repetition.
