Propuesta de actividades para la animación artística - festiva en el hotel Playa Pesquero

Abstract

Sin lugar a dudas la animación turística se ha convertido en uno de los puntos principales para las vacaciones de un cliente que visita un hotel de playa en Cuba. Los visitantes son cada vez más cultos y más exigentes con este tema, ya que la animación les proporciona una estadía más agradable y les da lugar al esparcimiento, desarrollo e intercambio con el medio ambiente y la cultura. Esta investigación se realiza en el Hotel Playa Pesquero, en el cual se detectaron insatisfacciones con el Programa de Animación por los clientes. El objetivo fundamental de este trabajo es proponer actividades artísticas-festivas que impulsen la animación turística en el hotel Playa Pesquero, de acuerdo con los gustos y preferencias de cada segmento de clientes y aplicando una metodología para la programación de actividades turísticas. Este trabajo va dirigido al Departamento de Animación del hotel y tiene como finalidad la aplicación y desarrollo de la actividades propuestas para así mejorar la satisfacción del cliente con un a animación basada en la cultura cubana.

Undoubtedly, tourist entertainment has become one of the main points for the vacations of a client who visits a beach hotel in Cuba. Visitors are increasingly educated and more demanding with this theme, since animation provides them with a more pleasant stay and gives them room for recreation, development and exchange with the environment and culture. This investigation is carried out at the Hotel Playa Pesquero, in which dissatisfactions with the Animation Program were detected by the clients. The main objective of this work is to propose artistic-festive activities that promote tourist animation at the Playa Pesquero hotel, according to the tastes and preferences of each customer segment and applying a methodology for the programming of tourist activities. This work is aimed at the Animation Department of the hotel and its purpose is the application and development of the proposed activities in order to improve customer satisfaction with an animation based on Cuban culture.
