Diseño del bar temático cubano Orígenes para el Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca.

Abstract

El diseño de bares es un tema de gran significación para lograr las mejores propuestas que satisfagan y sorprendan a los clientes, dentro de las peculiaridades de los diseños contemporáneos se puede apreciar diversas tendencias que son del gusto de los clientes a gran medida, como por ejemplo la autenticidad y la revelación de los atributos que distingan de la competencia. El objetivo general de la investigación consiste en: mediante un procedimiento diseñar el bar temático cubano Orígenes que contribuya a la diversificación de la oferta turística de los bares del hotel Brisas Guardalavaca. Se propone un proyecto innovador del bar tomando elementos propios de la cultura e idiosincrasias cubanas, donde la decoración, ambientación y oferta le proporcionen al cliente una experiencia única. Se concluye que el diseño de bares es un tema de interés internacional y que existe una amplia bibliografía al respecto en bases de datos científicas. La valoración por el criterio de especialistas permitió considerar que el diseño del bar temático Orígenes realza los valores culturales de cubanía, diversifica la oferta turística y contribuye a sustituir importaciones.

The design of bars is a topic of great significance to achieve the best proposals that satisfy and surprise customers, within the peculiarities of contemporary designs you can see various trends that are the taste of customers to a large extent, such as the authenticity and the revelation of the attributes that distinguish from the competition. The general objective of the research consists of: by means of a procedure to design the Cuban thematic bar Origins that contributes to the diversification of the tourist offer of the Brisas Guardalavaca hotel bars. An innovative project of the bar is proposed taking elements of the Cuban culture and idiosyncrasies, where the decoration, ambience and offer provide the client with a unique experience. It is concluded that the design of bars is a topic of international interest and that there is a wide bibliography on this subject in scientific databases. The evaluation by the criterion of specialists allowed to consider that the design of the thematic bar Origins enhances the cultural values of Cuba, diversifies the tourist offer and contributes to substitute imports.
