Evaluación del desempeño del proceso de aseguramiento material de la Universidad de Holguín "Oscar Lucero Moya"

Abstract

En las instituciones universitarias en el mundo y las cubanas en particular se manifiesta cada vez más la necesidad de mantener elevados estándares en la calidad de sus procesos sustantivos aparejado a las limitaciones de recursos, por lo que se convierte en una exigencia el cuidado y uso eficiente de los medios que se ponen a su disposición, por tanto el Control de Gestión es esencial para la administración de las universidades. La Universidad de Holguín Oscar Lucero Moya ha ido buscando vías e iniciativas para mejorar su funcionamiento y en esto desempeña un papel fundamental la correcta gestión de sus procesos de apoyo, en este sentido la presente investigación tiene como objetivo general: Evaluar el desempeño del proceso de aseguramiento material de la Universidad de Holguín Oscar Lucero Moya acorde a las necesidades actuales de la educación superior cubana. Como principales resultados del trabajo se obtienen: el análisis del proceso, destacándose los mapas, fichas y despliegues del proceso de aseguramiento material; la Matriz OVAR, y un sistema de indicadores de gestión, lo que contribuye a la mejora de la gestión universitaria. Para llevar a cabo estas tareas, se emplearon métodos teóricos (inductivo-deductivo, sistémicos) y métodos empíricos (entrevistas, encuestas, consultas a documentos, observación directa, entre otros).

Summary In the university institutions in the world and the Cubans in particular is manifested more and more the necessity to maintain high standard in the quality of their processes nouns harnessed to the limitations of resources, for what becomes a demand therefore the care and efficient use of the means that put on at your disposal, the Control of Administration it is essential for the administration of the universities. The University of Holguín Oscar Lucero Moya has gone looking for roads and initiatives to improve its operation and in this it plays a fundamental part the correct administration of its support processes, in this sense the present investigation has as general objective: To evaluate the acting of the process of material insurance of the University of Holguín Oscar Lucero Moya chord to the current necessities of the Cuban superior education. As main results of the work they are obtained: the analysis of the process, standing out the maps, records and unfoldings of the process of material insurance; the Main OVAR, and a system of administration indicators, what contributes to the improvement of the university administration. To carry out these tasks, theoretical methods were used (inductive-deductive, systemic) and empiric methods (you interview, surveys, consultations to documents, direct observation, among other).
