Indicadores para evaluar los objetivos de la carrera de Profesores Generales Integrales de Secundaria Básica

Abstract

El presente artículo se elaboró con el objetivo de describir los principales indicadores para evaluar los objetivos de la carrera de Profesores Generales Integrales a partir de las funciones que le permiten cumplir su rol como educador. A cada una de las funciones: docente–metodológica, orientadora e investigativa le corresponden indicadores que incrementan su exigencia, según los objetivos del año a que responden. Los indicadores propuestos tienen como principal función ser orientadores en la evaluación de los objetivos de la carrera. Para la elaboración del trabajo se utilizaron métodos empíricos como la revisión de documentos y la entrevista a docentes; como teóricos, el análisis-síntesis e inducción-deducción.

The present work was developed with the purpose of describing the guidelines useful in evaluating of the academic objectives in the program of Junior High School All- Subjects Integral Teachers Under-Graduates, taking as point of departure the functions that allow these teachers-to-be to fulfill their role as future educators. To each of the functions; that is: academic-methodological, orienting and investigative, correspond indicators that become more demanding according to the academic year they respond to. The main function of the indicators proposed is to serve as guidelines in evaluating the objectives of this type of course. To carry out this work, the author made use of empirical methods like documents revision and analysis and surveys to teachers, and also, theoretical methods as analysis-synthesis.
