Evaluación ergonómica en las actividades de alto riesgo laborales en linieros pertenecientes a la UEB Empresa de Construcciones para la Industria Eléctrica (ECIE) de Holguín

Abstract

En este trabajo de investigación se muestra la aplicación parcial de un procedimiento para evaluar ergonómicamente los puestos de trabajo a partir del análisis de los procesos y las actividades que lo componen, contribuyendo de esta forma a una mejor gestión de los riesgos laborales. La aplicación se desarrolló en la UEB Empresa de Construcciones para la Industria Eléctrica de Holguín, específicamente a las actividades de alto riesgo laborales desarrolladas por los linieros de las brigadas convencionales (cambio de aislamientos en suspensión y de remates en líneas de transmisión eléctrica de hasta 220 KV). Con el estudio se detectaron varias causas que se encuentran afectando la calidad de vida laboral de los trabajadores, así como su desempeño, teniendo como principales elementos influyentes al entorno físico (ambiente térmico, ruido, ambiente luminoso, vibraciones, lugar y espacio de trabajo), al entorno psicosocial (relación con el mando, iniciativa, comunicación y tiempo de trabajo) y las exigencias de las tareas (la carga mental de trabajo, carga física impuesta y posturas inadecuadas). Se aplicaron diferentes métodos ergonómicos como el LEST, A.N.A.C.T, el MAPFRE, Perfil del Puesto, el método REBA y el LUBA, dando como resultados la identificación y evaluación de situaciones de peligros antes no concebidas, contribuyendo de esta forma a una mejor gestión de los riesgos laborales. La investigación se divide en dos capítulos, en el primero se abordan temas relacionados con la gestión de los riesgos en el trabajo y la ergonomía; en el segundo se muestra la aplicación parcial del procedimiento

In this investigation work the partial application of a procedure is shown to evaluate the work positions ergonomically starting from the analysis of the processes and the activities that compose it, contributing this way to a better administration of the labor risks. The application was developed in the UEB Company of Constructions for the Electric Industry of Holguín, specifically to the labor activities of high risk developed by the workers of the conventional brigades (change of isolations in suspension and at the ending of electric transmission lines until 220 KW). With the study several causes were detected that are affecting the quality of the workers' labor life, as well as their acting, having as main influential elements to the physical environment (it sets thermal, noise, luminous atmosphere, vibrations, place and work space), to the environment psicosocial (relationship with the control, initiative, communication and time of work) and the demands of the tasks (the mental load of work, loads imposed physics and inadequate postures). Different ergonomic methods were applied as the LEST, A.N.A.C.T, the MAPFRE, Profile of the Position, the method REBA and the LUBA, giving before not as results the identification and evaluation of situations of dangers conceived, contributing this way to a better administration of the labour risks.
