Diseño y aplicación de un procedimiento para la creación de un Observatorio de Prácticas Administrativas para las empresas del territorio Holguín

Abstract

La presente investigación fue realizada en el Centro de Estudios de Gestión Empresarial (CEGEM) con el objetivo de diseñar un procedimiento para la creación y desarrollo de un Observatorio de Prácticas Administrativas que logre monitorear el desempeño del sistema empresarial y las formas de gestión no estatal del territorio holguinero brindándoles información en aras de un mejor desempeño y desarrollo local. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto se realizó la revisión bibliográfica para la construcción del marco teórico referencial de la investigación, así como la evaluación crítica de los textos y apego a criterios, la revisión bibliográfica de varias metodologías para la elaboración de Observatorios que se ajuste a las condiciones concretas del entorno empresarial cubano y específicamente al territorio holguinero y la elaboración y presentación del informe técnico de la investigación. Para el progreso de la investigación se emplearon métodos teóricos como: la observación directa, revisión de documentos, entrevistas, encuestas, datos históricos representativos, métodos teóricos y empíricos, incluyendo técnicas y herramientas propias de la ingeniería.
