La Formación de intereses profesionales pedagógicos en los estudiantes de la carrera Licenciatura en Lenguas Extranjeras

Abstract

El trabajo reveló la necesidad de perfeccionar el proceso de formación de intereses profesionales pedagógicos de los estudiantes de la carrera Licenciatura en Lenguas Extrajeras en la Universidad de Guantánamo. Por lo que se propone un sistema de actividades para la formación del interés profesional pedagógico en los estudiantes de la carrera Licenciatura en Lenguas Extranjeras de la Universidad de Guantánamo. Durante el desarrollo de la investigación se revisaron diversos materiales para obtener los datos científicos necesarios, en las encuestas y entrevistas realizadas a estudiantes y profesores así como la observación a clases, se emplearon además métodos teóricos como el análisis-síntesis, la inducción-deducción y el estudio documental, los que le permitieron a los investigadores llegar a conclusiones generales acerca de la necesidad e importancia del desarrollo de la formación de intereses profesionales pedagógicos en los estudiantes de la carrera de Lenguas Extranjeras. Se evidenció en los resultados un impacto positivo en los profesores y estudiantes demostrado en su participación activa y entusiasta en su proceso de formación como futuros profesores de inglés.

The work revealed the necessity to perfect the formation of the pedagogic professional interest of the students of the Foreign Languages Degree at the University of Guantánamo. For this reason, the authors propose a system of activities for the formation of the pedagogic professional interest of the students of the Foreign Languages Degree at the University of Guantánamo. During the development of the investigation different materials were consulted to obtain the necessary scientific data, in the inquiries and interviews applied to students and professors as well as the observation to classes, they were also used theoretical methods such as the analysis-synthesis, the induction- deduction and the documental study, those that allowed the investigators to reach to general conclusions about the necessity and importance of the development of the formation of pedagogic professionals interests in the students of the Foreign Languages Degree. It was evidenced in the results a positive impact in the professors and students demonstrated in their active and enthusiast participation in their process of formation like future English professors.
