Auditorías Logísticas a la actividad de almacenamiento

Abstract

Dentro de las actividades del sistema logístico, el almacenamiento es quién garantiza la protección y control de las mercancías con la calidad requerida. Con un eficiente desempeño de esta operación, se logra el funcionamiento del sistema, siendo necesario el establecimiento de un estricto control y el perfeccionamiento de todos los aspectos que rigen su comportamiento, para lo cual se imponen las auditorías logísticas como herramientas para detectar y erradicar deficiencias durante su ejecución, minimizar los costos y elevar el rendimiento económico de la empresa. Esta investigación surge con el objetivo de suplir la necesidad referida anteriormente mediante la implementación de una metodología para la realización de auditorías, en aras de lograr rotundos avances en la gestión de almacenamiento. Para ellos se utilizaron de forma eficiente y coherente el enfoque por procesos logísticos, la Matriz DAFO y el sistema de control diseñado y propuesto que permitirá a las organizaciones, la mejora del desempeño, traducido en un incremento de rentabilidad obtenido a partir de elevados índices de satisfacción de los clientes.

Inside the activities of the logistical system, the storage is who guarantees the protection and control of the resources with the required quality. With an efficient acting of this operation, the operation of the system would be achieved, being necessary the establishment of a strict control and the improvement of all the aspects that govern its behavior, for that which the logistical audits are imposed as tools to detect and to eradicate deficiencies during its execution, to minimize the costs and to elevate the economic yield of the company. This investigation arises with the objective of replacing the necessity referred previously by means of the implementation of a methodology for the realization of audits, for to achieve firm advances in the storage administration. For them they were used in an efficient and coherent way the focus for logistical processes, the Main DAFO and the system of designed control and proposed that it will allow to the organizations, the improvement of the acting and operation, translated in an increment of profitability obtained starting from high indexes of the clients' satisfaction.
