Procedimiento para la docencia del urbanismo en la carrera de ingeniería civil integrando universidad-empresa- comunidad. Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

La enseñanza del urbanismo en la carrera ingeniería civil ha tomado gran fuerza en los últimos tiempos, por el gran impacto del cambio climático y el gran éxodo de los campos a la ciudad. Esta realidad debe enfrentarse desde lo institucional y académico desde perspectivas multidisciplinaria, multifuncional y participativa, donde la comunidad debe ser tomada en cuenta como el espacio donde se transforma la realidad. Es un reto hoy para la educación superior en Holguín el poder estrechar la vinculación teórica-práctica de la enseñanza del urbanismo desde la relación que debe darse entre la universidad-empresa-comunidad para lograr una elevada calidad de la docencia con impactos en las realidades empresariales y comunitarias de nuestros tiempos. La presente investigación propuso un procedimiento que integra la relación universidad-empresa-comunidad. Donde cada una de ellas forma parte de la docencia del ingeniero civil, cada una desde su enfoque y perspectiva, dando una visión más real a los proyectos que los estudiantes deben realizar. Los resultados originados por el procedimiento se evidencia en la mayor vinculación de los estudiantes al sistema empresarial e institucional, la identificación con los problemas de habitad humano, la mayor vinculación universidad-empresa y con ello la elevada calidad de la docencia del urbanismo. La solución del problema de la investigación y el cumplimiento del objetivo fue posible con la implementación de un sistema de métodos de la investigación científica de naturaleza teórica, empírica y estadística – matemática.

This reality must be confronted from it institutional and academic from multi-disciplinary, multi-functional and communicative perspectives, where the community must be taken into consideration like the space where the reality It is transformed It is a challenge today for the superior education in Holguín could have a link of the theoretic practical of the teaching of the urbanism from the relation that must given between the university company community to achieve a high quality of the teaching with impacts in the enterprises and communal realities of our times.The Present investigation proposed a procedure that integrates the relation company community. Where each ones form a part of the civil engineer's teaching, each from its focus and perspective, giving a most real vision to the projects that students must accomplish. The results originated by the procedure are evidenced in the most vinculation of students to the enterprices and institutional system, the identification with the problems of human habitat, the bigger vinculation university company and with it the high quality of the teaching of urbanism . The solution of the problem of the investigation and the fulfillment of the objective was possible with the implementation of a system of methods of the scientific investigation of theoretic nature, empiric and statistics – mathematics.
