Auditoría logística al proceso de ejecución del transporte en la Empresa Transportista de Servicios de Carga SERVICAR, UEB Holguín

Abstract

Un sistema de transporte eficiente responde a las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes, siendo este uno de los puntos de partida que enmarcan el desarrollo de un país (Torres Gemeil, 2007; Henríquez Menoyo, 2007; Velázquez Albiol, 2007). El transporte de carga por carretera con sus ventajas y desventajas ha sido de gran importancia en Cuba debido al deterioro del transporte ferroviario. Para un funcionamiento estable y correcto, las actividades relacionadas al transporte se rigen por normas, resoluciones y decretos indicadas por el Ministerio del Transporte, las que contribuyen a mantener regulado el proceso y hacer uso racional de los recursos. La presente investigación se realiza en la empresa SERVICAR, aplicando un procedimiento para realizar auditoría logística (AL), lo que permitió detectar como principales deficiencias: vehículos pernoctando cargados dentro y fuera de la base, sobregasto de combustible, deficiente gestión de la satisfacción al cliente, ineficiente planificación de la transportación, daños a la integridad física de las cargas, detrimento de los indicadores de explotación del transporte; con el objetivo de proponer las acciones de mejoras que permitirán alcanzar mejores resultados económicos a la organización y mejor utilización de sus recursos y parque de equipos.

An efficient transportation system answers to the needs of customers expectations, this being the starting points that delimit the development of a country. The transportation of goods by road with its advantages and disadvantages (Torres Gemeil, 2007; Henríquez Menoyo, 2007; Velázquez Albiol, 2007) has been of vital importance in Cuba due to the deterioration of the railway transportation; For a stable and correct functioning, the activities related to transportation are in effect themselves governed by the decreed law indicated by the ministry of transportation, the ones that contribute to hold a regulated process and a rational use of the resources. The present investigation was carried out at the company SERVICAR, applying a procedure to accomplish logistic auditing ( AL ) that enabled the detecting of main deficiencies: Vehicles staying overnight loaded inside and out of the base, fuel over use, deficient administration of client satisfaction, inefficient planning of transportation, damages to the physical integrity of the loads, detriment of the indicators of exploitation of transportation; as an objective propose the action of improvements that they will allow to attain better cost-reducing results to the institution and better team utilization of resources and equipment parking.
