Proyección tecnológica del Almacén de Inversiones de la Empresa Provincial de Aseguramiento a la Educación de Holguín

Abstract

El almacén es un elemento que interviene en la red logística y tiene gran importancia tanto para la empresa en particular, como para la red logística en general, ya que sirve de componente regulador en el flujo de mercancías. Teniendo en cuenta esta premisa se realizó la presente investigación en la Empresa Provincial del Aseguramiento a la Educación de Holguín (EPASE), con el objetivo general de aplicar un procedimiento para la proyección tecnológica del almacén de Inversiones, para obtener un mejor aprovechamiento las reservas espaciales existentes, detectados mediante el diagnóstico en la tecnología de almacenamiento, en la manipulación de los productos y la organización espacial. Para la realización de la investigación se revisaron un conjunto de bibliografías relacionado con la actividad de almacenamiento, para definir los objetivos, técnicas y tareas del procedimiento escogido y adaptado a las características del almacén objeto de investigación. Como resultados fundamentales de esta investigación se detectaron violaciones en los principios de almacenamiento, un aumento en el ciclo de rotación, productos almacenados en lugares inadecuados, una organización en planta deficiente, también se destaca una inadecuada tecnología de almacenamiento para la que se proponen soluciones y alternativas para una nueva organización en planta que garantiza la utilización efectiva de sus capacidades. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se utilizaron métodos teóricos como el de análisis y síntesis de la información, inductivo-deductiva, analítico-sintética, así como también métodos empíricos como encuestas, entrevistas y observación directa.

The warehouse is an element that intervenes in the logistical network and it has great importance not only for the company, but also for the logistical network in general, since it serves as regulating component in the goods flow. The warehouse is dedicated to the storage, manipulation and conservation of goods. Taking into account these premises was carried out the present investigation in the Provincial Enterprise from the Insurance to the Education of Holguín (EPASE), with the general objective of applying a procedure for the technological projection of the warehouse of investments in order to obtain a better usage of the existent space reservations, detected by means of the diagnosis in the storage technology, in the manipulation of the products and the space organization. For the realization of the research there were revised a group of bibliographies regarding the logistical one and particularly related with the storage activity, in order to define the objectives, techniques and tasks of the chosen and adapted procedure to the characteristics of the warehouse investigation object. The fundamental results of this study were violations in the storage principles, an increase in the rotation cycle; the products were stored in inadequate places and the organization in faulty plant. There were also determined the causes that provoked this situation in which stands out an inadequate storage technology for what it was proposed solutions and a new organization in plant that guarantees the effective usage of their capacities. For the development of this research were used theoretical methods like the analysis and synthesis of the information, inductive-deductive, analytic-synthetic, as well as empiric methods as surveys, interviews and direct observation.
