Procedimiento para la organización del trabajo en la Universidad de Holguín
Abstract
El presente trabajo de diploma fue realizado en la Universidad
de Holguín Oscar Lucero Moya con el objetivo general de
diseñar y aplicar de forma parcial un procedimiento de
organización del trabajo en dicha universidad. Para dar
cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto se elaboró el marco teórico
referencial de la investigación donde aparecen recogidos los
elementos fundamentales que permiten adentrarse en el
estudio del tema. Se diseñó el procedimiento tomando como
punto de partida el de Nieves Julbe (2008), y con la aplicación
parcial del mismo en el área de cocina comedor de la
Universidad de Holguín se diagnosticó el estado actual en que
se encuentra la organización del trabajo en la misma. Se
determinaron las deficiencias existentes, a partir de las cuales
se trazaron las estrategias de mejora que debe seguir la
organización. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se aplicaron
métodos teóricos y empíricos que contribuyeron en el
cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto así como técnicas de
estudio de tiempo como el muestreo por observaciones
instantáneas (MOI) y la fotografía individual. Además se
detectó que el problema existente está dado por las demoras
en el servicio prestado. Con la realización de la investigación
se obtuvieron como principales resultados el diseño del
procedimiento, siendo posible su adaptación a las
características de las organizaciones actuales; la elaboración
de un plan de acción que de llevarse a cabo contribuirá al
desarrollo de la organización. The present diploma work was carried out in the University of
Holguin Oscar Lucero Moya with the general objective of to
design and to apply in a partial way a procedure of
organization of the work in this university. To give execution to
the proposed objective the mark theoretical referencial of the
investigation it was elaborated where they appear picked up
the fundamental elements that allow going into in the study of
the topic. The procedure was designed taking as starting point
that of Nieves Julbe (2008) and with the partial application of
the same one in the area of kitchen dining room of the
University of Holguin the current state was diagnosed in that is
the organization of the work in the same one.; the existent
deficiencies were determined, starting from which the
strategies of improvement were traced that it should follow the
organization. For the development of the work theoretical and
empiric methods were applied that contributed in the execution
of the proposed objective as well as technical of study of time
like the Sampling for Instantaneous Observations (MOI) and
the individual picture. It was also detected that the existent
problem is given by the delays in the borrowed service. With
the realization of the investigation they were obtained as main
results the design of the procedure, being possible their
adaptation to the characteristics of the current organizations;
the elaboration of an action plan that will contribute to the
development of the organization of being carried out.
